How can I book an appointment?
You can also make an appointment by phone or in person at either location.
How long does grooming take?
The time given is approximate and varies depending on the service, the size of the animal, and its tolerance for grooming procedures, among other factors...
We need time to allow the animal to understand what we are doing. We do not groom animals in rapid succession or in a rush. No procedure will be rushed if the dog's tolerance or behavior does not allow it, in order to ensure its own safety and that of the groomers.
Just like at the vet! Please plan accordingly so that you do not ask us to finish quickly. We will call you 20 minutes before we finish.
Do you offer services for cats?
We are experts in brushing, detangling, shedding treatments, dry baths, and water showers, BUT only on Tuesdays and select Saturdays, to ensure a calm environment without the presence of dogs.
I made an appointment online. Can I get a refund if I cancel?

How long does a grooming service take?
We take THE TIME YOUR DOG TAKES TO BE GROOMED.
We must calmly reassure our pets to build trust and avoid causing stress.
The minimum time required for a small dog is 2 hours, a medium dog 3 hours, a large dog 3 to 4 hours and a very large dog (beauviers, samoyed, chowchow) 4 to 6 hours.
Trimming for cats 2 hours minimum
Bathing for cats 3 hours minimum
Do I need to make an appointment even for a nail trim?
YES!
An appointment is required for all services.
Can a cat be given a bath?
YES!
We have the ability to wash and dry cats, but their tolerance to water needs to be considered.
If the cat is unable to tolerate water, we recommend a partial wash or dry shampoo instead.
